okay so earlier tonight i figured out how to centre particularly wide pokémon sprites inside the little circle on the new application template, and i would like to share it with all of you! so without further ado:

how to use the centering code for sprites in pokéboxes!

so if you're using a sprite that's wider than about 100px (ie. for a large or flying pokémon) the sprite will be automatically shunted to one side. for example, using the basic table code with a pokémon sprite such as wailord will produce the following:

EXEMPLI
WAILORD MALE OBLIVIOUS LEVEL 40
Lax nature. Arrived at level 40. Takes plenty of siestas. Likes sweet food.

Moves: Splash, Growl, Water Gun, Rollout, Whirlpool, Astonish, Water Pulse, Mist, Rest, Brine, Water Spout, Amnesia

luckily, there is a pretty easy way to hotfix this using margins, and anyone can do it! simply change the <div> tag surrounding your image from this:

CODE
<div align="center">

<img src="http://www.pkparaiso.com/imagenes/xy/sprites/animados/wailord.gif">

</div>

to the following:

CODE
<div align="center" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0px">

<img src="http://www.pkparaiso.com/imagenes/xy/sprites/animados/wailord.gif">

</div>

notice the margins are set to 0px each - just edit the numbers until the sprite sits correctly! they go clockwise from the top, so the first number is the top margin, the second is the right margin, etc.

setting the margins to 0px 0px 0px -20px will move the sprite like so:

EXEMPLI
WAILORD MALE OBLIVIOUS LEVEL 40
Lax nature. Arrived at level 40. Takes plenty of siestas. Likes sweet food.

Moves: Splash, Growl, Water Gun, Rollout, Whirlpool, Astonish, Water Pulse, Mist, Rest, Brine, Water Spout, Amnesia

so there it is! just fiddle around with the numbers until you get your sprite sitting where you want it. you can also adjust the vertical margins to move pokémon up and down. hope this was of help! 'u'
